Ingredients:
2 tbsp oolong tea leaves
2 cups peach nectar (Do not have peach nectar? Find how to make it here.http://www.ehow.com/how_5854849_cook-pear-nectar.html)
1 cup mint
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tbsp sugar
4 cups water

Directions：
1. Boil the water over low heat for about 2 minutes, do not boil.
2. Remove from heat. Add tea leaves and mint into the water.
3. Steep for 3 minutes.
4. Strain tea.
5. Add peach nectar, sugar and vanilla.
6. Refrigerate until chilled.
7. Enjoy your oolong peach bloom.
