I do not believe any tea is a wonder cure for everything, but I find tea helpful in managing my appetite, my stress levels, and outlook on life. I drink Oolong tea, really enjoy it, and suspect it helps me feel less hungry in the midafternoon.

I started buying Chinese Oolong Tea after reading that it increases the metabolism by 10% which is much higher than the green tea I had been drinking. I’ve read green tea only increases the metab by 4%. I’d have to drink almost 5 cups of green tea to get the benefits of drinking only 2 cups of Oolong. Green tea has been my good buddy since 1998 when my sister introduced me to it, but I have to say goodbye. Oolong tastes better than green tea as well (at least the Bigelow brand does anyway).

I have been drinking coffee all my life. I am now at a point where I need to cut coffee out of my diet. I heard about this tea through internet ads. I decided to try it after reading about it. I am down to one cup of coffee a day, and drink 2 cups of Wuyi Oolong tea now. For me it has stopped much of my food cravings. I notice I am more apt to reach for my tea and not something to eat. I could have a calming effect for me. I love it

Theres no evidence that green tea helps with wegiht loss. The reported health benefits comes from the antioxidants in it. With that, the high grade would be best. As for wegiht loss, diet and exercise are the best bets.

I have been drinking oolong teas for over 40 years, not because of any claimed health benefits, but because I enjoy the flavor – at least most of the time. If you want a really good oolong at a reasonable price, I recomend the Numi “Iron Goddess of Mercy” loose tea.

I was highly skeptical of the reports that said that Oolong tea helps with weight loss, but now I’m a believer. Eating healthier and eating less was helping me, but once I started drinking a cup or two of this tea each day I did notice that the weight loss was a little faster.

I can say only the very best about this tea. Drinking this tea I feel always improved, in better shape, and refreshed in a very natural way, that is to say without the ‘rush’ or ‘push’ one tends to get from coffee. I drink lots of tea and lots of different kinds of tea. China OOLong tea, however, has become my favorite.

I usually have like 1 cup a day – in the mornings with my breakfast. Its good tasting and healthy at the same time. I would recommend it to anybody even if you don’t have to lose weight.

I purchased oolong tea after hearing stories of it helping you lose weight (activate enzymes that cause triglycerides to dissolve, producing fat-burning effects / improve metabolism which facilitates weight loss through natural body processes / blocks the fattening effects of carbohydrates). Minimal weight loss but the tea is still good and worth the try.

I usually only like herbal teas but when I read about all the wonderful health benefits of this ‘oolong’ tea, I had to try it! I’ve never been a fan of green tea or black tea and since oolong tea is similar to both, I don’t know why I’d thought I’d like it. It’s good for you, I won’t deny that but I just don’t care for the taste. I felt like I was forcing down medicine when I would drink it and not even honey could save this tea for me! If you don’t like black or green tea, I would not suggest buying this tea, however if you love them, go for it!

I’m not a big tea drinker, but this product has certain health benefits so I tried it. It is not bad and the low caffiene content has no noticeable effect on me as I don’t react well to coffee or caffinated teas. It has a soft flavor, no sweeteners and leaves a pleasant after taste. For me, it is a good alternative to water because it hydrates, has natural antioxidants and more.

In that time I have experienced a wonderful improvement in my health and well being. I look and feel much younger than I did before I started drinking it. My complex is vibrant and my skin smooth and supple. But most of all my stamina is amazing. An apple a day may keep the doctor away, but an oolong a day and you won’t keep the women away.

Oolong tea works great for slowing down my metabilism and helps supress my apitite, alot of people are saying it doesn’t work to help wieght loss but it actually does(of course you still have to cut out the sugary foods in your diet), it takes drinking two to four cups a day for the tea to actually work, and always wait at least half an hour after a meal to drink the tea for the full effect of the tea, and if that doesn’t work I sugest getting a gym membership.
