Drink Oolong Tea in Summer

In hot days, hot oolong tea can quench your thirst. Drinking three cups of oolong tea every day can exert various anti-disease health effects. Experts suggest a cup of oolong tea in the morning, middle and evening, and make tea for at least 5 minutes, so that the active ingredients in the tea are dissolved in hot water. 

Oolong tea contains various antioxidants that do good to health. Due to the protein in milk, drinking tea with milk is also good for health, but adding sugar does not have the same effect.
