There are some key factors which determine the quality of brewed tea
1. Quality of the tea.
2. Quality of the water.
3. Correct measurement to measure the correct amount of oolong tea.
4. Correct steeping temperature, about 85 – 95 degrees Celsius or 185 – 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Correct steeping time. Many oolongs are perfect at 3-4 minutes and some need 6-8 minutes.
